The day will start with the Opening Words by Edouard Bokuetenge, President of Fund Platform Group. Then, Philippe Waechter, Chief Economist of Natixis will deliver what promises to be an inspiring speech.
Thematic investments

On a macroeconomic level, where professionals see significant investment in Asia, in Africa, or others may think strategically according to economic growth, clean energy, the rising issues of water etc. What are the ideal long term investment strategies?
Technology & customer centricity
Is the digital transformation impacting your sector and how? How to better follow up on client needs? Can we use Big Data in the fund industry and how? The risk of replacing human resources by robot advisors. This topic will notably be addressed by Alexey Yeremenko (Head of Fixed Income, EWUB), Manuel Arrivé (Senior Director, Fund and Asset Manager Group at Fitch Ratings) and Maxime Aert (COO of Fundsquare). The panel will be moderated by Carlo Duprel (Director, Deloitte Luxembourg).
The afternoon sessions will start after a keynote speech of Etienne De Callatäy, Chief Economist, Université de Namur and UCL (Belgium) entitled “The European gap. Economic and policy challenges for 2016”.
